<strong><h3>Introduction</h3></strong> <p>On June 25, 2015, Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi declared an ambitious mission - to create 100 smart cities across India. </p> <p>However, to many observers, this was a vision termed too ambitious. How can you create 100 smart cities in a country like India, where even small infrastructure projects often take decades to take off from the ground?
